About Milan Colorectal Congress

We are pleased to present you the 4th edition of the Milan ColoRectal Congress that will take place in Milan, Italy at Humanitas Centro Congressi, Via Alessandro Manzoni, 113 on May 27th- 29th, 2026, organized by Prof. Luigi Boni, Prof. Pierpaolo Sileri and Prof. Antonino Spinelli.

The Congress will represent an important moment of sharing knowledge, also in 2026 it will be focused on colorectal surgery and oncologic treatments, a deep dive in topics like colon and rectal cancer updates and cutting-edge treatments, discussion oncology vs surgery.

Leading authorities in the field of colorectal surgery, forming an international scientific panel, will contribute to an exceptional scientific program through a blend of plenary lectures, sponsored lunch symposia, and live surgeries, ensuring a superior level of engagement.

The medical congress is organised in two key segments to maximise learning and engagement.

On 27 May, the pre-congress will feature 4 mini-conferences, which will offer in-depth exploration of specific topics.
The Core Congress will be held on 28 and 29 May, which will serve as a main event with in-depth sessions, expert panels and networking opportunities.

How can I register for the congress?

To register for the congress you will simply click on the “Register now” or “Reserve your place” button and fill the registration form on the dedicated page of the Materia Prima Secretariat. For any questions or information do not hesitate to contact us. 

Of course, the conference attendance is customisable according to your preferences. Each participant can choose the option only congress or pre-congress + congress. The cost of participation is related to the selected participation modalities. For any questions or information do not hesitate to contact us. 

All available pre-congresses will be held simultaneously on 28 May 2025, in a different location, as indicated in the congress page and scientific program. Therefore, it is not possible to attend more than one pre-conference. Please note that there are limited places available for pre-conferences.

Participation costs vary according to participant preferences and type. All details are contained in the registration page hosted on the website of the organizing secretariat Materia Prima. For any information the organizing secretariat is at your disposal from Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 18.00pm to the contacts given above.

The official language of the Congress is English. No simultaneous translation is available.

The event time zone will be in Milan, which corresponds to UTC +1/ Central European Time (CET)

Of course, the certificates of participation in the Congress can be downloaded online, 10 days after the end of the event. An e-mail will be sent to inform all participants of the correct procedure.
